I am a motivating, proactive, and commercial-minded leader with extensive experience in agile project management in the digital universe, working at Peytz - a digital agency of dedicated digitalist's who provide solutions for some of Denmark's largest brands.

Here I have 'end-to-end' responsibility - from sales, clarification, and risk assessment to delivery of operating value-creating IT solutions, delivered within time and budget.

As a former professional handball player with more than 10 years of experience at the highest level, I am driven to create the best conditions for 'my team' and my projects. In addition, I continuously focus on improving my competencies - this is done, among others, through a Graduate Diploma (HD) in Organizational Leadership. In addition, I am a certified Scrum Master and certified in HubSpot with a focus on inbound marketing.
